Looks good, but ya, it needs the tips. Did you paint that with spray cans or with a gun? Spray cans tend to not hold up in the long run. As for wet sanding, what grit did you use? I suggest 2000 and then finish with 2500. You may need to clear it again and then sand again. Once smooth you can use a mild cut polish. I found haze remover works great.

I used regular paint,my friend mixed me up a pint and I shot it with my touch up gun,cleared it and buffed on the car with 3M compound
