i am replacing my front bumper on the 95 and the new bumper has chrome trim and my car has all black trim.. now the black trim on my old bumper is in like new condition and i want to switch them.. put the black trim on my new bumper...

how do i take off the trim... is it held on with clips or by double sided 3M tape.? and how would i replace it on to my new bumper...? contact cement, 3M tape, or will it snap right on.? thanks im in the garage now working on the car and its been snowing out for the last 12 hours.
