Hood Bubbles
I just found the topic from like three years ago about the bubbling on the underside of the hoods. I also have that starting on my 04 SLE.
I'm the third owner of this car and figured it was a bad previous repair, but doesnt sound that way now.
Will GM honor the corrosion warranty if i am the third owner of the car?

I've heard of this problem on 2000+ hoods. It'* been given the name hood herpes. All I can suggest is going to a dealer and asking them. I doubt it would be a warranty issue unless you bought a warranty. But there might be a recall on it.

Good News!!!! i took the car into to my local dealer, they took a quick look at it, pulled up the tech buletin and agreed to take care of the issue free of charge!!! they are even going ot give me a loaner whiel its in the shop. I'm excited i was not looking forward to paying for the three stage paint once it got to the outer edge of the hood...
i would make sure everyone takes advantage of this while they can!
