How much is it in general to get the paint bubbles by my gas cap removed and repainted. I realize the whole quarter panel will probably have to be repainted but don't really want to spend more than a few hundred, please give me some good news

Your best bet would be to go and check out body shops and paint shops in your area. Prices will vary greatly depending on where you are. There might be a few hundred dollar difference in price from my house to yours as far as what you would pay for that job.

Just make sure that you find a GOOD REPUTABLE shop that will back up their work. You don't want the wrong color on there, or a just flat out terrible job.
