GM shows three lower dash bezels, one with D55 (console), one without. Additionally they show with D55, one with HUD, one without HUD. What about the radio "Gain" control switch? I am looking for a D55 console equipped, w/HUD, but WITHOUT the radio "Gain" control switch. I bought one from a JY for the console without the "Gain" switch, but didn't realize until I went to install it that it does not have the cutout for the HUD switch. I want the flat are under the radio to mount three 2" gauges. With the gain ****, the bezel is not flat and cutting three holes is not possible.

My last resort if this does not exist is to cut the left side off my stock bezel just to the left of the steering column and use two bezels to make one... which I just did. It looks ok, but the JY one came froma 94. It is a slightly different gray and is more textured than smooth, unlike the 96. Still no one else would know but me.

So, is there a 92-95 that has the HUD but no "Gain"?
