Default Grand Prix GXP Rims on a 91 SE?

I am looking for new rims for my 91 SE, and love the Grand Prix GXP rims. Has any one tried them? Would the 18x8 from the back fit all the way around? Or would the 18x7 work better?

Since those will actually HURT your Performance, I'll move this topic to Detailing and Appearance for you.

i beleave GP GXP rims had different offset from fron to back, so they may not work for you. however Bonneville GXP rims will work and i thing Solstic rims are the same and should work too

EDIT: i just re read you post. i think the 18x8 would workjust fine

Yea, if you can find the same wheels all the way around I'm sure it would work. Good luck though. They are EXPENSIVE.

Forged 18" chrome wheels ... great wheels, but not cheap.

On my Mom'* GXP, two of the wheels were stolen last year right in our driveway. They are hot items on the street, so that'* something to watch out for too.

Solstice is a RWD car.

The GP GXP has the larger rims/wheels UP FRONT btw.

Yeah the front rims are wider than the rear. Not sure if they are the same size beside that though...

I have an 05 Grand Prix GXP, and I can confirm that the front rims are 18x8 with TONS of offset (they are designed to stick WAY out) and the rear rims are 18X7. The GXP comes with 255/45/18 front and 225/50/18 rear tires. The bolt pattern of the rims is 5x114.3 (5x115). I'm not sure if this is the same as your car. I tried the rims on my '95 Grand Prix and neither the front or rear rims will fit anywhere on the car.
