Edit, just did some research on the numbers. Apparently the 9012 HIR'* by Phillips are brighter than the older Toshiba HIR'*.

9006 - 55 watts - 1000 lumens
9005 - 65 watts - 1700 lumens

9012 - 55 watts - 1870 lumens
9011 - 65 watts - 2350 lumens

Also, it is possible to fit a 9005/9011 bulb in a 9006/9012 socket, which would essentially give you a 2350 lumens low beam, a mere 16% less bright than a 35W HID bulb.
