Valve covers are finally of the age that the color isn't quite right any more. Figured while I had 'em off, I might as well make 'em match my SC cover and EGR cap. I ended up re-painting (freshening up with the same color theme) and ceramic clearcoating the other parts at the same time.

I think the installed 'effect' will go nicely with the theme I have already. I think I'll do the Oil cap also, but not the center text portion.

Hmmmm.....laser engrave something on that front valve cover? Or around the oil specs on the cap?

i think the lazer engraved oil cap with the factory wording would cap it off

I'd have to sand through the silkscreened text that'* there already, so it wouldn't show through in black and light tan.

Keep in mind I can engrave text in a circle of a given diameter.
