How thin is the metal? If it'* thin enough that I can cut it with my laser, I'll make ya some. My size limitations are 12" x 24". Plus I'd need to source the metal from somewhere.

I can laser mark metals, so if its cut to proper size to begin with, maybe laser marking would work. Let me check some of my sources for custom cut metal blanks and see what I can source. My metal sources are way to thick to cut by my laser...these are for permanent surface marking only.

Mine are aluminum 1/8" thick.

Hurst, what wavelength is yours? I might be able to throw some interesting options your way.

I have a set but have not installed them. I am looking for a longer sill plate. The smaller one looks kind of funny and I did not like the look.

One of the people on there is going to custom make them for 28 bucks shipped for me. I will be buying shortly so if you think i need any info please speak up!!!!

I payed @ 25 bucks shipped as well as others did at the time. Im happy with the product.
