See, Silvers car will never ever loose its shine, i can garuntee it, unless he sells it. It would probally be safe to say it hasnt seen much rain, and probally no snow in its entire life. BUT, move to Alberta or Minnesotta for example, and use that car as your primany car, and boom, filthy as crap! hehe just teasing you, id love to wash and wax my car, but its -18 out there!
I live in Canada our winters here are pretty harsh, I have my bonnie rust checked every year, and wash her in the drive about 3 times a week with a power washer, just to spray the salt off, i got a heated garage and a drain in the floor so i am alright for cleaning my car indoors, Just a suggestion to other bonnie owners I would recommend that in the spring you should take off the panels on the exterior of car(panels on the doors) they are held on with 2 screws and some clips, its pretty interesting what you find down there, i dont have any rust, but if the rest of your car is immaculate, take those panels off and youll really see! I do mine every so often but if its never been done youll be amazed!
