in all honesty, if you want what is generally known of as a "street racer" a bonneville is pretty much the worst car to start with

unfortunately for the Bonneville there aren't any after market racer parts, just actual useful performance parts... so, for the "racer look" it would be quite difficult to accomplish with a Bonneville, especially on a budget.

Ill give you $500 and a caravan

on a serious note. if you dont have alot of money i would KEEP the bonnie, a civic will cost you WAY more on insurance. theres actually alot you can do to make your car alot faster and you would be able to bet the ricers/street racers ON THE TRACK (there is one in yout area )

as for looks a nice set of rims always seams to set off the look of these cars quite well (sell the sets buy the rims, you wont find sets as comfortable as bonnie sets anyway)

Buy a 2000+ SSEi and you'll have a sexy car that everyone looks at and says "nice ******* car."

Buy a Honda Civic and you'll have a car that everyone looks at and says "nice car" just to make you feel good even though they know its... queer.

You have a ton of money? Buy a Corvette. It'* fast and sporty. Out of your range? Buy an Eclipse or a Mustang.

Bonnevilles should be treated as treasure and in return they will love you.

If you want sporty seats... www.katzkin.com (www.autoleathers.com)

Your bonneville as it sits in the driveway will spank a Civic'* ***. You'll be a fool if you trade it for something for looks.

Enjoy the Bonne for what it is. A full size luxury car with a bullet proof drivetrain....well almost, but we can help you maintain it and get a little extra poop out of it.
It gets very good fuel mileage, which you will like. It also will not attract attention from the law.

Drive it alot. You need the experience.
Your friends will love the spaciousness and smooth ride.

If you want it to look fast.......add a whole bunch of decals on the back window.
