that may work how big of center console are you making, all the way to the back seats or just to the backs of the front seats

well i dont have bucket seats so i can only do to the front...

im going to make it big enuff to hold my CB radio and a power inverter. and some switches and things like that...

As Bandit said, I have bench seats too even though they look like bucket seats to me. I'm only doing the front because I need storage space, I like storage. My glovebox is full of crap and I need to place that crap somewhere else.

I'm not going to put in anything electrical, I don't like anything involving electric, esp after that Dodge Ram of that one member caught on fire.

Heres a good site I have in my Favorites Vault. Yes anyone can buy off this site, you just cant buy the official things like lights and sirens and things like that, but consoles YESH!!

EDIT: These are deisigned to fit Crown Vics and the like, but it sure would be easier to modify the already made console than to make one from scratch.
