Yes it can be done. With a good amount of Modding.

No ones has really done it yet and shown all of us how to do it. so its still open to someone to do it

Iv been working on trying to figure how to do it for months now. i just need to get a set of them and i should be able to do it.

You can buy the LH and the adjuster bracket for about $100 each side.

I'm pretty sure he wanted to pick up a set at the jy, and slap them on the 95. No, you can't.
Extensive modding, yes. We got a member that redid his hood to add different lights. Anything is possible, not everything is practical

Well, No might not be the right answer.

The better answer would be: It can't be done without modification and It might not be worth the money or hassle to do it, but it can and HAS been done before.

Bandit'* thread discussing it:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...eadlight++swap

And the thread where the guy actually did it:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...350&highlight=

I searched "95 96 headlight swap" to find these. there may be other topics, but both of these should answer the original question.
