newer school bonnies look better with 20s.

stock tires are 27.2" overall diameter.

225x30x22 would put you at 27.3" overall diameter.

235x25x22 would put you at 26.6" overall diameter

235x30x22 would put you at 27.6" overall diameter

Dont plan on anything wider than 235 nor higher than 30 if you want them to not rub.

20s is what I would prefer on an 00+ SSEi since the overall diameter of the tires is larger compared to the pre-2000 sseis.

18s dont ride rough at all. 20s would not be much worse. 22'* you will need some pricey tires though, and its going to be hard to find those sizes.

Guys, he was asking if 22'* would fit properly, not to be criticized on the rim size. He stated that he is looking for show, and will not be driving fast, nor will be handling corners like a rally car. Wren is right on the money, you will lose a "in general" feel of the road, and braking with larger rims will be hard on the brakes. If you are set on putting them on, I suggest high quality rotors all around with ceramic pads for optimal stopping power.

BTW, no they aren't very quick stock, but with mods, they can easily kick some ***. Quite a few in the 12s and 13s.
