bit of an exterior mess
My exterior has a lot of issues as of late. Well a few of these have been there since I bought it 2 years ago from a highschool friend'* dad. Well heres the painful list:
-very small bits of rust appearing on roof, hood and spoiler
-crack by fog light in the bumper
-large dent in the driver quarter panel from a small accident
-line scratches in the hood and roof (looks like it was driven into a bush)
Basically, as I see it. I need a paintjob, new quarter panel and a fill into the crack. I'm a big moron when it comes to the exterior so this is probably the most expensive possible fix. I was hoping that there was something I could do without blowing loads of my college budget cash on making my car look good.

First of all your spoiler wont rust and you probly wont need a new quatrer...(please give pic).
Second the only thing you can do without spending alot of money is go to a macoo type paint shop and get the work done ( but you will probably regreat this in the future...it you intend to keep the car for an extended period of time) to keep it as cheap as posible only have to affected panels worked on and polish the others the best you can

Yeah lemme get some pics and better point out the spots that I'm not fond of. I want to save money for a new car but don't want to end up driving a rust bucket through the last two years of college. Plus I love my bonne, I'd hate to see her really messed up a few years down. So I'd like to take care of small issues before they become big.

Alright here the pics... but I'm beginning to think I'm being a bit over picky here lol.
First, here are the hairline scratches which I think are to the clear coat. Of course they didn't come out at all in the picture.
Alright heres the stuff that concerns me. The car was wet so couldn't find the very small bits of rust. Probably nothing to worry about though.
Heres the quarter panel damage from the accident about a year and a half ago.
The crack in the lower bumper from the previous owner
and finally something I forgot. The hood is kinda offset to one side. I took a picture of the side that is more up than the other.
I should probably be happy being that the car is 10 years old now but if I can fix these easily then why the hell not do it? Any suggestions would be great guys and thanks

In your case it might be a simple adjustment.

when you push the hood down are you only pushing one side at a time???if so them you problem might be that the hood latch is set to high
the quarter panel is fixable and so is the bumber.
and done be happy with it just because its 10 years ole...mine 13 and looks good and i wouldnt excepte any damage just because its old

I paid a bodyshop for the quarter panel about $700. Extremely disappointed with the job. Any chance of me getting at it with conventional tools? I'm up for suggestions for that. The paint is what worries me if i fill it.
I'll take a look at the latch for the hood. I hope that'* it.
