take off the bumper and use some plastic stitch/glue and go to town on it and it will hold we used 2 do it in autobody all the time, and then repair and paint the outside of course

this is an option....If you could find a bumper in that color you'd be golden...to pain a non-right color one will be very pricey......We need to find a blue parts car for ya and get the fender and bumper.
I've been shopping around for bumpers lately and they are usually around $150 or $100....fenders are about the same, the trick is finding one that matches your car paintwise. I'd epoxy it though then find some touchup paint and do that for the time beign.
