99 charcoal/gray interior color
I'm getting ready to outfit a 7" LCD into my dash (well, a computer will go in the trunk and provide radio/cd/dvd/internet/navigation/etc). I went to the junk yard and got the dash and center console for my 99 Bonneville SE so I could screw around with designs without touching the original. Has anyone done dash pieces that look stock? I'll be fabricating a few small new ABS plastic pieces, and I'm trying to get the texture and color to look stock. The current color is the semi-typical charcoal/gray for the plastic pieces, though the interior color is brown/dark butter color. At any rate, any suggestion for correct stock texture/color (charcoal) would be appreciated. Thanks!
Randman1 has the correct color paint and the texture stuff. He'* a genius with it. He put in a double din and the piece you are talking about looks stock on his 93.
I'd say PM him or he'll see this soon enough, and reply with the name and info on the paint and texture.

here'* a pic of my center console piece. We added that little scoop for a remote transmitter for the steering wheel controls
