Default Oil Gauge

Just recently my oil gauge started pinging like mad. It goes from like, mid pressure to full and hovers around there, then drops back down to normal.. It pings when I give it gas, and when I shift to nuetral... Anyone have any ideas as to whats happening?

There might be some buildup in the oil sender. Try cleaning it out with some carb spray, or just replace it... if it'* really old, that might be the better solution.
