Just to clarify, the throttle body should be between those two hoses. You would have vacuum on the PCV valve, and the second hose should be coming somewhere in the air hose or air box. If both hoses are after the throttle body (with the plate that shuts) then something is probably routed wrong.

they appear to be in the correct spot but I’ll look for a diagram to be sure
