You know what? If I click on the picture I can zoom in even more. Now I can see that ya, the nipple broke off. Pull the broken end out and replace the purge valve. It'* a easy job. Just unplug it and change it over.

Yes, thats what it seems to be. What broke broke with a snap, hard plastic, and you can see the broken piece of plastic off of the valve. Danthurs, did you say you had a few of these, or was that another valve?

For now, the car will be going about 120 miles until Thursday (for the school commute), should I just plug this up or try and duct tape the line back?

Ya, you can cap it off. You will have a SES light, and if you have emissions coming up you will fail. So it will need to be fixed at some point.

I don't have an emissions test till december. No worries as far as that.
