does it make sense to increase idle RPM'* slightly to get rid of vibration as it vibrates at low rpm'* ? I have seen this video

when cleaning the throttle body while it is till in the car, can I move the circular plate manually without messing up the settings. I believe the throttle is electronically controlled.

at what milage should you clean the throttle body. The car has about 60,000 km

Depends on how dirty it is. If the air filter has always been a quality unit, never been a reusable filter, and has been changed when needed, you'd likely never need to clean the throttle body.
