Unhappy Silverado Wiring Issues

Hey guys

I have a 2007 classic silverado(same thing as an 2006) 5.3 single cab, I recently went into the performance side of things and wanted to get rid of my check engine light. The two problems it had were the 02 sensors and the knock sensors. I went to change the 02 sensors and i bought the BOSH ones and replaced them. keep in mind that i do not have cats i removed them and the code so they are not the problem. When i did that the driver side one started to work fine and the passenger side one (bank 1 Sensor 2) kept saying that things like "no activity' "low circuit" and well i first thought it was the 02 sensor it self so i changed it and it kept saying the same things i just slowly forgot about it and now i went to change my knock sensors. Before i changed them it said the same thing as the 02 sensors "low circuit" so i replaced the knock sensors together with the wiring harness and double checked that it was all put together correctly and when i went to check the codes they poped up again. and yes i have cleared the DTC and codes and have disconnect my battery several times. My best guess is a wiring fault or a bad ground and Ive looked like crazy is there any wires or places i should check. Can you guys please help me with the problem. thanks!

P:* when i get out of the truck and touch metal on the truck i get shocked so that'* another reason why i think is wiring
