Default New Bearing Leaking Grease?

2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT, rear wheel drive

Hello All,
I purchased a front wheel bearing and hub assembly from Rock Auto a few months ago and noticed a few days ago that it appears to be leaking grease from the backside. The bearing/hub assembly is a sealed unit and has no grease fittings.

I know sometimes a bearing may leak grease from the manufacturer after being installed (due to over-packing) and that is normal. I however would think that only applies to bearings that have grease fittings? So is this normal or not?

Thanks,
Ralph

First image is of new bearing that is leaking.

The second image is of the original bearing which is dry.
