Over the course of half a year, three gauges on the instrument cluster just stopped working. How can I get it fixed?

There are mechanics that do know how to put new stepper motors in these clusters. Generally though I would recommend getting a new gauge cluster due to the fact that as soon as you replace one stepper another could go out at any time.
