Default LS3 Crate Engine Vehicle Speed Sensor Issue

Hi everyone,
So I have a customers car that i recently swapped with a 525hp LS3 GM crate engine and a Tremec t56 from SilverSport Transmissions. All is in the car and runs great. I've been buttoning things up and one thing is getting the reverse lockout to work but also having the engine ECU read vehicle speed because without it will throw a high idle code if certain parameters are met and one is that it needs to see wheel speed. But if the engine ecu is hooked to the vss, then the reverse lockout cannot be hooked up too. I've gone over this with Silver Sport and they sold me a Bowler All in One harness that is a module that will control the reverse lockout, and has two adjustable VSS outputs. I installed it and my issue is hooking up the module to the two wires that come from the GM ECU. Here is where it gets kinda confusing. There are two wires for the VSS from the GM ECU:

Purple/White= VSS TOSS Hi Pos 1
Lt Green/Blk= VSS TOSS Lo Pos 2

I have no idea what TOSS means but I roughly understand that the sensor works as a square wave and one wire is low voltage in and other is the signal back out. On the Bowler module, The two VSS outputs, which are meant to control two separate speedo units, have a Purple/White wire and a Purple/Yllw wire. Silver Sport told me to connect the Bowler Purple/Wht to the GM ECU Purple/White and not connect the Lt Green/Blk to anything nor the Purple/Yllw. Set up the module on the app and it reads on the app but not on the ECU. I called Bowler and discussed with them and they told me to hook up the Bowler Ppl/Wht to the GM Ppl/Wht and the Bowler Ppl/Ylw to the GM LtGrn/Blk and said to set both outputs to the same and it would complete the signal circuit. Makes sense.... kinda. It still doesn't read on the ECU. It was too late to call Bowler back but i will try again tomorrow. Any other input is much appreciated and also what the hell is TOSS Hi Pos 1 and TOSS Lo Pos 2?

Thanks.

Wow out of all the people I talked to, GM Performance tech support included, nobody could give me a straight answer. Makes sense. Thanks.

Also found out what happened. Prepare for epic facepalm on my part. After about 25-30 minutes testing and thinking on the phone with two Bowler techs, exhausting all diagnosing methods, come to find out that in the scanner, Snap On Solus Ultra, I went into "Sensor Data" instead of what I was looking into before which was "Engine Data" and since there is only an engine computer it only reads in Engine Data section. The wiring I had initially set it up in was correct and all is reading correctly. Bowler tech Jeff was awesome to work with and very helpful and didn't call me dumb for my mistake. Live and you learn I guess. On to the next one.
