lighter fuse on a 98 lumina?

Default lighter fuse on a 98 lumina?

hey all glad to be here over the weekend we bought a 98 lumina with 27,000 miles on it. it'* sweet, the only problem is the lighter don't work i looked for the fuse tonight but no luck figured that would be the place to start. anybody know where it is.
this isn't my only GM i also have 29001 astro needs motor after nasty overheat,most likley gonna sell it then we have my toy a 1974 camaro that sits in my garage in peices at the time.

gm doesnt name their fuses well. they usually put them in the panel in the interior, you could just check them with a meter till you find one blown

Fuse #1, top left, just below the circuit breakers. Controls instrument panel and console lighters.
