Can I get rid of the fuel injection and run an intake manifold and carburetor without computer on this engine, also is there a port in the block where I can run a distributer and rotor instead of the stock spark plug modulator

Your transmission is electronically controlled. The ECU that controls and monitors the engine needs to know what the engine is doing so it can control the transmission. If it can't see the engine, it can't shift the trans.

Transmissions in the old days were mechanically controlled and did not need a electronic device to shift them.
