Harder to start after injector and O2 replacement

I did, I disconnected the battery, connected both leads together to discharge the system completely, reconnected them both, started the car, let it idle in drive, but the coolant fan never did kick on, even though it was up to 100 C. I took it for a short drive and it did kick on then, but not until it got to about 107 C
I also did clean the throttle with no change. And its not just cold starts, hot starts are fine, but I just went out and started it, temp gauge read about a quarter, and it still took a bit to get it to start. That was also with no throttle input.

Well it sat there from cold for about 20 minutes and it still isnt enough? And my question is what does the relearn have to do with it starting?

No. The PCM controls the opening of the IAC to control the airflow getting into the engine. This is to only help the engine start and idle. If there is carbon buildup in the IAC pintle area, this will not allow air to flow. This is why I asked you if you cleaned out the pintle area when you replaced the IAC. It is very important you answer the questions we ask of you.

When replacing an IAC, its generally a good idea to clean out any carbon buildup. When I had you crack the throttle open when starting, your answers confirmed my suspicion of the IAC not opening up all the way. Most of the time, its due to carbon buildup in the IAC pintle area.
