Bank 1 misfire on cng 2013 express
I work at a school bus company and our fleet is 2013 - 2014 express vans. This is the second bus that has burned out the fuseblock terminal for bank 1 injectors/coils (fuse 65) causing p0201, p0203, p0205 and p0207. The terminal is basically desoldered but contacts enough to send power but not operate the injectors/coils of bank 1. Ive load tested, checked for shorts and tested components but have not found a cause of issue. Anyone know of this issue or how to prevent it?

Is there some condition that they see every day that could cause excess heat buildup at the PCM? Extended idling in 120 degrees? . . . or high voltage fluctuations from an electric AC or heat unit on the bus body? . . . or . . . ?

Ive checked the alternator charging and that seems good. I dont have a way to check amps atm. The data that we record doesnt show extended idling either.

Does it have an auxiliary air conditioner?
What voltage does the alternator put out with nothing turned on?
What voltage does the alternator put out with everything turned on except the auxiliary air conditioner?
What voltage does the alternator put out with everything turned on including the auxiliary air conditioner?
What region do they operate in?
What engine do they have?

Desert of California or downtown LA or the top of Mt. Whitney or Roseville or Eureka or . . . ? I'm trying to get an idea of temperature and humidity.
How many miles on this one?
How many miles on the other one that had the same issue?
Are the injectors not firing? . . . or the coils? . . . or both?

Kings county area central valley.
109k miles
Coils and injectors do get power but not enough to power the noidlight and the and the coils dont spark. The ground side has been tested to be funtioning correctly with the noid lights when connectet to batter + and ecm ground control

Look for the wiring diagram for the fuel injectors and coils and find common point in the system that is in the feed side. If you load tested the ground side and know that it is good we should look at the B+ feed.
