01 sts misfire after warm

01 sts misfire after warm
I have a 2001 STS. Suddenly started misfiring (P0300). It is fine at startup and a short drive. After sitting even a couple hours it will still misfire coming home. If it sits all night it is fine but will eventually misfire. Plug change (platinum) and coil packs replaced last year. Any ideas?

First, you have to find out which cylinder is misfiring....
When it misfires, spark has to be checked on that cylinder......if ok, and compression is ok, then the injector has to be checked.....
Were the boots replaced?
