so you got compression, spark, fuel. so you need timing, did you check for spark at least a few of the cylinders? you mess with the dist?

it was the distributor had to turn it one tooth and it crank rite up

it is but, you have to set the base timing to zero like any other, just cant see it without the proper scanner like on previous engines.
