Default 4t65e long soft shift diagnostics

My 4t65e has been consistently long soft shifting after every shift (after warming up). I hooked up a pressure gauge (I have a tune so my pressure is higher) it holds 150 psi with average acceleration then falls to 100 when slipping. When slipping during shift no power goes to the ground and the engine free revs for 3 to 6 seconds before gently going into gear.

I have torn it apart, cleaned components. Clutches still good. New seals and gaskets. Replaced all solenoid and pressure switch.

The fact it occurs in only when shifting and every gear makes me believe the only culprits left is valve body or valves? Maybe transfer plate?

Don't know if a torque converter would cause it? It'* the only part I've replace from a different car. I don't see any differences online between 4t65e torque converters.

Any other ideas on a cause?

I'd guess forward apply.

What kind of car?

What model year?

What engine?

Naturally aspirated or . . . ?

What modifications have been done to this car versus factory stock?

How many miles on it?

How many miles have you owned it?

How many miles since flashing it with the new load?

Who designed the new load?

Who installed the new load?

Did it do this before the new load?

Are you able to return all configurations to factory and test?

How many miles since the issue started?

Does it have the same pressure readings in the same circumstances when cold?

Where did the other torque converter come from (year/make/model/odometer) and/or if it was special ordered, what were the specifications that were ordered?
