gas station broke the little flap door on my equinox. I ordered a new filler pipe part number 26582050 I don't see screws when I open the fuel door twin hook the filler pipe? Are there clips on the inside to release the pipe from the quarter panel? I can't find any videos anywhere. Any help surely appreciated

This is pretty new, and we haven't come across it here yet. I suspect there is a functional layer that is covered by an aesthetic layer. Can you post some pictures?

I didn't get any pictures but it looks like you have to go on the inside of the quarter panel to detach the housing that the pipe fits into. There'* no exterior screws at all when you open the fuel door.
