What do you mean by 'it blows out the fuse block plate'?
Blowing fuses? Which ones? You need to learn how to describe your problem.

I'm curious which fuse blew on the plate . . . and why there'* a nut missing.

I'm also curious how long it cranked before blowing the fuse.

It also occurred to me that I should modify the list below:

(silence) = nothing
Click = Click
Turn over = rew rew rew rew or bip bip bip bip depending on how big the engine is and/or how dead the battery is
Crank = (also) rew rew rew rew or bip bip bip bip depending on how big the engine is and/or how dead the battery is
Fire = vroom or maybe it only fires for a second so puh puh puh
Start = (also) vroom and continues running
Stall = nothing
