Exclamation 2004 Tahoe Dashboard Question

I have a 2004 Tahoe. When I start it up, the dash take way too long to come online. Sometimes it takes a few more seconds than normal or it can take a few miles to come on. When this happens I have NO gauges. When it does come back on I get the same message every time, SERVICE TIRE MONITOR. Does anyone have an idea of is causing this? How would I fix this? Thanks

First place I would start is the harness to the cluster, checking for loose connections at the pins....

Also, you would need a high end scan tool, to look for IPC codes and communication codes....
