Have you checked the connections to your battery? Taken them apart and checked for corrosion?

Checked battery? With a test light across the battery, is the test light bright? Also check with a voltmeter......fully charged battery reads 12.6 volts....turn head lights on, what is voltage reading?

when you turn key to on, take a test light and check every fuse for power.......do you have power to every fuse(it should be the same brightness as across the battery)? Or are there a bunch of fuses with no power?

Have you tried to read codes?

so i tested all fuses and they all fine.. never bothered taking battery cables apart as the Headlights dome light trunk lid pops open door chime works when key installed and hazards work

plus i slapped a battery charger on it so its topped off

cant read codes as igntion doesnt come on... at the ignition i tested itself and i get 12 volts on the 2 red wires

i had all night the dash lights lit up but after i pulled bcm and swapped and removed battery fuses they dont light up anymore

as for voltage i get 10 12 volts i forget at the 2 red wires at the ignition switch... ill have to get a light bulb tester as i dont have one anymroe just a multimeter and ill test it later i guess..

when i test the igitniont switch multimeter i get continunity from 12Volt side to the Orange Side for the Accessory and that beeped and this is with it not hooked up to the wire harness

now when i hooked up to wire harness and tested the Orange Wire for 12 volts.. i didnt get anything.. so one of those other wires must intiate it or something??

Did you program the BCM after you replaced it? You may not get it to run even if you program it. You may need to replace and program the PCM with the new BCM. Do you understand how these systems work?

no never programed the BCM as i just only swapped it out of my moms 2005 cavalier so i was swapping it
PCM is the computer? havent swapped out the computer yet

and wouldnt matter if i needed to reprogram BCM with the BCM out of her 2005 cavalier turning the key to ON postion turns on the FAN and something esle but not the radio..

so something else is wrong with my car if hers can get the FAN to run but i cant

i cant get 12 volts on the ACC side for the FAN when i hook it up to power... yet when i test it with the multimeter continuity without it hooked up i can it to beep to show continuty from 12V side and the ACC side so i confused

You don't know what you are doing. You'll likely spend a lot of time and after getting no where, having it towed to a shop or dealer and have a new PCM/BCM installed and programmed.
Read how the anti-theft system works.

what you talking about
i know how the anti theft works for the 30 min key pass lock ... i didnt say I swaped out the Resiter Igntion i said i swapped out the black plastic Ignition switch

and having the BCM removed out of the 2005 cavlier... still allows you to have the FAN work when you turn the KEY to the ON positon

and i have done these before swaped out the BCM with the same year of the same engine all i ever had to do was reprogram the Pass Lock Key.
but thats not what i talking about

No POWER to DASH, No Power to FAN, No Power To Radio, No Power To Wipers, No Power To Turn Signals, No Power To Fog Lights

and like i mentioned last night those Gauges Light were lit all night long on the dash typically meantion the BCM IS shot or the Computer i guessing... with no key plugged in..

only power i get is
Headlights, Hazards, Trunk Lid, Dome Light...

With the BCM Removed on the 2004 Cav... No Power .
With the BCM Removed on the 2005 Cav... Still Power to the FAN,,, forgot to test if the Wipers and Turn Signals worked

what i saying is Beyond AntiTheft.. no Power to Anything when Key turned to ON as it doesnt show no Anti Left Lock Light
no dash no Fuel Pump etc

i just havent tried swapping the computer yet.. i have tried all of them
but even when i removed the BCM on 2004 cav the FAN should come on like the 2005 cav does
