Default 2002 Camaro V6 3800 Series II Harmonic Balancer

Does anyone have any information on the discontinued GM Harmonic Balancer PN 12563281 for aftermarket replacements.

The 3800 Series II V6 motor was used in the 2002 Camaro as well as the Monte Carlo. They are both Serpentine Belt type balancers. The Camaro is rear wheel drive and the Monte Carlo is front wheel drive. Why shouldn't the both be compatable ?

Dorman part # 594-004.
Amazon has a few.

As far as compatibility, I don't see what the difference would be. Unless you were accidentally comparing L67 to L36 balancers. They are different. But between FWD and RWD L36, I'm seeing no difference.
