Well, they didn't go to the stereo. I thought for sure we were on to something there. I'm thinking I'll probe them next to see if they've got voltage and how much, but if I really want to know what they are, I may just have to track them to wherever it is they go.

It had been a while before I could get back to these, but I've got them figured out! They run to relays that had been spliced into the door lock wiring. So they likely did belong to an after-market remote start that had since been removed. Thanks to all for your input!
