Default 1986 Chevy pickup AC Compressor torque spec

1986 Chevy pickup. 350 engine . I need the torque specs for the refrigerant hose to the AC compressor bolt. Also the torque of the 4 AC compressor to mounting bracket bolts. This compressor is a Harrison R4 clone. My system uses R-12 freon. Thanks for your help. Big Nick

What I am trying to say is, every freakin' nut/bolt/fastener on a car has a specific torque....why? Mainly for legal reasons.....

Somethings you just do by "feel" and there is no problem.......go to any shop, and I can almost guarantee, you will never see a torque wrench used to install a compressor....

however, if you absolutely need to know, just stop by any Chevy dealer and they will let you look at an old manual....
