1986 c10 hazzards dont work
I have a 1986 c10 1 owner truck
with a 350 crate motor and lately i replaced the left front turn signal socket because it didnt signal now a month later i have a similiar problem it signals when it feels like it and never when the running lights or headlights are on
also a week ago a tiny bit of smoke came from where the turn signal switch goes into the steering column and now the hazzards dont work what probable shorted?

It was actually a fuse
The other day my friend told me my break lights where out so when I went to change the fuse I noticed it said haz-stop on it so when I replaced it they worked again but I still have no idea why smoke came from the steering column.
