Default 05 Monte Carlo not running

I have an 05 Monte Carlo that keeps dying. Sounds like it'* not getting fuel. I checked fuel pressure and am getting around 55 psi when it does run. It holds at about 50 psi when not running. So that rules out a bad fuel pump I would think. I changed the fuel filter and it does the same. When it'* cold it will start and run good at idol and when I rev it up. I try to drive it and I can get up and down the drive a few times and it just dies. Try to start it and will not start. Fuel pressure is still 50 psi by the way. Engine light is NOT on. I'm not sure what else to check. Any suggestions?? I need help.

Can you keep it running by tapping the throttle?

Or does it only shut off after the engine has been warmed up?

That was it!! I've got a new MAF on order and hopefully that'll do the trick. I have been reading that this is a common problem with these cars. Thanks.
