Windshield washer runs when wipers on

It would help us if you could please provide the make, model, and year of your vehicle as well as any more information such as when this started, any troubleshooting you have already done, and what process you use to turn on your windshield wipers.

Windshield Washer Runs all the time wipers are on.
My car is a 2006 Cadillac CTS, V6.
The problem started about 2 months ago.
I turn the wipers on using the wiper switch like usual.
I have not been able to do any trouble shooting yet.
Would it help to reset the vehicle computer by removing the ECU fuse and replacing it?
