Default Performance steering for 1961 cadillac

I own a 1961 cadillac deville. While updating to disc brakes,I would like to update to a better performing steering gear box.Anyone no of a gear box (gm saginaw) that will have tighter ratio or quicker variable box that will bolt up.I hear that possibly 1976 camaro boxes will work.Any one here no of part numbers or verifiable parts that will work with my car.Anyone already do this modification? Thanks, watty
