NO PCM data ?
1999 Cadillac Seville will not start turns over and got fire and fuel pressure on the rail I think the injectors aren't working because of the computer or PCM when I go to the ding optic mode on the instrument cluster I have the message no PCM data does this mean the computer or PCM is bad ?
