I have a 99 Cadillac Deville with the 4.6 Northstar been having issues with the anti theft I have taken the steering wheel off and the 2 wires looked good is there anything else that could be causing it to flash on my message center. Another thing with this car is the fuel pump ain't coming on when I turn the key but im thinking that'* related to the anti theft message. any help its greatly appreciated im stuck and don t kn ow what else to do to this car.

Are the wires routed correctly? No twists?

yes they looked picture perfect im gonna pull the steering wheel again just to make sure.

do you have a diagram for the fuel pump ?

Look at your vin and see which applies to your vehicle. 8th digit will be either a 9 or a Y.
