Sorry for the delay response been really busy. So I just checked voltage on those fuses and each fuse read the same one both sides 11.6VDC except the ecm fuse and the ecm/tcm ign fuse read 0VDC on both sides. Took readings with key out of ignition switch.

How about with the ignition turned on?

with key on all fuses read 12v on both sides. I noticed that the idle control motor is making noise, sounds like it’* finding the home position. This happens when I hit any button on remote or open the door using the door handle. Does this sound like something anyone has experienced? I’m still trying to figure out why I have a no crank no start situation.

Does it ever stop making noise?

Are there any codes stored?

It stops making noise after a few times but will do it again as soon as I open a door or try to turn anything electrical on. No codes either

Where are we at on the no start? Have we verified the PCM is awake and seeing a start request?

I’m not sure how to do that. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

If you don't have a scan tool you can trace it with a DVOM.
