WINSHIELD WIPER PROBLEM
1998 BUICK LESABRE..
I have a 1998 Buick Lesabre with intermediate windshield wipers. The problem I am having is some times when I turn them off they turn off other times they will not turn off until I turn the car off and then they do turn off. My mechanic put in a new wiper motor a wiper switch a cancel cam and a computer board and I am still having this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.,,,
