That'* correct, kick panel then that plastic piece I showed in the video. Prying up that front black plastic piece helps so you can get some extra light thru the windshield -sent from my HTC EVO 4G

Awesome video! Thanks for taking the time to share with us. Just replaced the flasher in a 2000 Park Ave. A few pointers to help others; The 7mm screw that holds the black plastic support can easily be removed with a 12" extension and a 1/4" swivel if you you don't have a fine tooth ratchet. I then tied the black plastic piece back out of the way with a zip tie (that really made it convenient). My hands must be quite a bit larger than yours. I removed the HVAC actuator to give me enough room. A little tedious but it comes out with 6mm socket on a 1/4" ratchet.

That hex screw is usually a 5.5mm......
