Default Traction Control/ABS Issues

My buddy with a 2002 Regal GS told me he was having some issues driving. So anyway, he showed me the problem.

He went to accelerate, and the car was going nowhere. The RPM'* were going from like 1500-2000. So I went outside and watched. The passenger side tire was spinning, and just burning on the snow, and the driver side tire wasn't moving at all. He pretty much can't accelerate with TC on, and it says "low trac". Both tires spin with TC off.

The other problem, is when he brakes hard and ABS engages, it works, but as soon as the car comes to a stop the ABS light, the Service Engine light, and Traction off light all turn on, and won't shut off until the car is restarted. ABS and traction control are also both screwed until the car is restarted.

Ideas?

sounds like a bad wheel speed sensor, have the codes pulled from the computer tho if the ses light is coming on then it will tell you exactly which sensor is out of spec.
