Hello, I am trying to pull some stiffer sway bars for my 98 Lesabre in the Junkyard. I already have FE3 struts & Springs installed on my car, just need the sway bars to have the suspension complete. The donor car for the swaybars will be a 1998 Oldsmobile LSS with the F41 RPO option.

My problem is, how do I get the stuck end links loose in the pull a part junkyard with limited hand tools? I cannot take in a torch, and I've already rounded the bolts and ruinied a cold chisel trying to get these out. I don't really care about ruining the end links, as I plan to replace those anyway. Any tips would be appreciated.

You could try hacksawing the link then use a torch when you get it home and cut it off the swaybar.

That is what I used. It is a pain in the but, I was amazed at how tough it was to get those little buggers off.
